The Fallensteinergut has been the home of the Stromminger family since 1881, who pamper their guests with heart and warmth at their inn in Mariazellerland.
In addition to the warm hospitality, the Stromminger attaches great importance to loving details.
Game specialties from their own hunt - from "wild loaf" to back steak from young fallow deer - are on the menu here, as well as sour soup, grammel dumplings or curd cheese pluck cake. Next door in the enclosure, the David deer are ready for a photo.
