The cycle path takes you from the apple village of Puch through fertile orchards and vineyards.
The start of the varied and scenic cycle path is in the apple village of Puch. If you arrive by car, you can park here free of charge at the adventure pool and enjoy the delicacies of the apple country at the numerous businesses in the village.

A truly fragrant and fruity road winds for 25 km from hill to hill through the idyllic landscape of Eastern Styria, connecting the orchards with inns and direct marketers.

"A journey to paradise..." is how the famous local poet Peter Rossegger described his trip to Puch back in the day.

ApfelLand is located in the heart of Eastern Styria, approx. 60 km north-east of Graz and approx. 140 km south of Vienna

By car:

Coming from Vienna: Via the Südautobahn (A2) to the Hartberg exit - via the main road (B54) towards Graz - 2 km after Kaindorf towards Graz, turn off towards ApfelLand-Stubenbergsee- Stubenbergsee- Floing- Puch bei Weiz

Coming from Salzburg/Germany: highway via Salzburg - Pyhrnautobahn (A9) to Graz - continue on the Südautobahn in the direction of Vienna (A2) to the Gleisdorf West exit - main road (B54) to Kaibing - ApfelLand-Stubenbergsee- Stubenbergsee- Floing- Puch bei Weiz

The start of the varied and scenic cycle path is in the apple village of Puch. If you arrive by car, you can park here free of charge at the adventure pool and enjoy the delicacies of the apple country at the numerous businesses in the village.

The route then continues along the south-western exit of the village to the balloon launch site, through fertile orchards and vineyards to Steingrub. At the Fink fruit and wine farm, the route leads to Perndorf Ort as far as the chapel. The route continues along the municipal road into the westernmost part of the municipality to the Ilz bridge, where the cycle path leads to Alterilz (Thannhausen municipal area). Passing the Schreck electrical goods retailer, the extension route ends at the B72 main road.

If you are on the R8, the turn-off for the Apfeldorf Puch - Thannhausen connecting cycle route is at the Unterfeistritz cycle bridge and then leads to the apple village of Puch.
