From the north: Via Mariazell and the Seeberg on the B20From the east: Via Semmering on the S6 to Kapfenberg and further on the B20

From the tennis court as at the Franzosenkreuzweg (signpost) to the Sullerwiesen (E-line); signpost to Federleben: On a forest road slightly uphill with views of the Hochschwab. Then Federleben: A gently shaped mountain meadow ridge with many motifs such as wayside cross, spruce groups ...

Way back: like ascent

By train to Bruck/Mur or Kapfenberg station and from there by bus to Thörl. From Thörl with regional cab companies to Etmißl.
