

From Weitental to Brucker Hochanger – Tour 2+8
Starting from the Weitental Nature Conservation Center (Bruck Süd), you can hike or cycle to the Almgasthaus Schweizeben and then continue to the 1,308-meter-high Brucker Hochanger. From the summit, you can enjoy panoramic views extending to the Hochschwab and the Graz mountain region.
The use of marked cycling routes is permitted from March 1st to November 14th, from one hour after sunrise until one hour before sunset, at your own risk.
Alternatively, you can take Tour 7 from Schweizeben to Hochanger. For the descent, various route options are available.

From Vienna:
- Take the A2 – Südautobahn and the S6 – Semmering Schnellstraße to the Bruck an der Mur exit.
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Leoben.
- After 100 meters, turn left at the first traffic light (signpost for "Weitental").
- Keep right, go through a railway and highway underpass, pass the cemetery, and continue to the parking area at the start of Weitental.

From Graz:
- Take the A9 – Phyrnautobahn and S35 – Brucker Schnellstraße to the Bruck an der Mur exit.
- Follow the same directions as above.
From the West (Linz, Salzburg, Germany):
- Take the A9 – Phyrnautobahn and S6 – Semmering Schnellstraße to Bruck West.
- At the exit, turn left towards a junction near a furniture store.
- Turn right, pass through the Brucker district of Oberaich, and continue towards the previously mentioned roundabout.
