We start our tour at the town square in the center of Mürzzuschlag. Heading southeast into Wiener Straße, we follow the trail markings to the right.
We walk along Wiener Straße, passing the Tourism Office, the WinterSportMuseum, and the Brahms Museum, before turning left at the intersection into Roseggergasse.
Upon reaching Rosegger Park, we continue left and then turn right onto Nasenweg. To our right, we see the Evangelical Heilandskirche, whose construction was made possible by a fundraising initiative led by the poet Peter Rosegger.
We follow Nasenweg until the Burgenlandweg turnoff, then continue into Schießstattgasse. Moving straight ahead, we enter Franz-Reinbacher-Gasse and take the turn into Pretulstraße.
We follow Pretulstraße for 1.7 km, enjoying a breathtaking view of Mürzzuschlag and the surrounding landscape. Keeping right, we pass Bauernhof Lammer and Bauernhof Halbbauer.
We continue along Steinbachgrabenstraße back to Roseggergasse, turn right, and return via Wiener Straße to our starting point at the town square of Mürzzuschlag.
Stop for a break at the restaurants and cafés in the center of Mürzzuschlag.
