Walk on the "Hugo von Montfort" Literary Trail to the Schlossberg
Actually, an alternative old town hike with a summit reward. From the historic old town, the trail leads directly to the scenic Bruck Castle Hill – along the Literary Trail, which was established in memory of the last troubadour, Hugo von Montfort.
From Minoritenplatz (notable: the Minoriten Church), we pass the workshop of the Bruck taxidermist Sherif, climb numerous steps, and pass the stations of the Literary Trail, until we reach the plateau of Schlossberg. Here, we are rewarded with a beautiful view of the city and the Murtal.
