

Walstern - Hubertussee (classic and skating)
- over a meadow along the Walsterbach stream
- in the direction of Hubertussee (2nd entry possibility)
- over a forest path into the Sandinggraben and towards Fadental.
Each route leads back to the starting point. Total length approx. 6.5 km.

The parking lot at the Wuchtlwirtin is also the starting point for the trail "Fadental-Schnittlermoos".

take the A9 Phyrnautobahn north, then S35 Brucker Schnellstraße and S6 Semmering Schnellstraße until exit Kapfenberg, then B20 (Mariazeller Bundesstraße) 49 km north (signpost).
Variant:S6 to St. Marein exit and then over the Pogusch to Turnau and from Au on the B20 to Mariazell.
Coming from Salzburg
take the Westautobahn A1 to exit Ybbs, then B25 to Scheibbs, from there two options:either B28 via Wastl am Wald to B20, then via Annaberg and Josefsberg.or B25 further to Grubberg and then B71 via the newly developed Zellerrain.
Coming from Vienna
take the Westautobahn A1 to the exit St. Pölten SouthThen B20 (Mariazeller Bundesstraße) 76 km south, either via Annaberg and Josefsbergor also in Freiland turn left from the B20 onto the B21 and via Hohenberg and St. Aegyd through the Halltal to Mariazell (sufficiently signposted).
Variant:Südautobahn A2 and S6 Semmering expressway to Mürzzuschlag, then via Neuberg and Mürzsteg on the B21 to Mariazell.
From Mariazell on the B21 in the direction of Mürzzuschlag - under the Kreuzberg turn left in the direction of Walster Hubertussee.
In any case, the starting point is the Reininger Inn (Wuchtlwirtin), Tel.: +43 (0) 3882/2235.
From here, the different routes lead us along streams, ditches and even to the Hubertussee.
