The footbridge over the Mur connects the train station and the cycle path with the center of St. Ruprecht and the wood museum.
The truss construction with a free span of 40 meters consists of larch wood, steel rods and shatterproof glass. The light, almost filigree-looking construction was planned by Bettina Richter and Peter Mandl and was chosen as the winning project in a competition in 1994.
The Mursteg is freely accessible at all times.
