The foundation stone of the cheese production was laid in 1993.
Due to too much milk, the senior farmer Flora started to experiment a little in the farm kitchen. Today she produces many different fresh cheese specialities in her own organic farm cheese dairy.
Young farmer Markus, who was elected "Genuine Styrian Ambassador for Cheese" in 2005, has specialised in matured cheeses and produces hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses.
