The Grimmingarten apartment exudes a real holiday atmosphere with its large covered terrace and garden. The apartment has a size of 56 square meters and offers space for 4 people. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a separate toilet, a bathroom with another toilet and a cloakroom. The large panoramic windows offer a breathtaking view of the Grimming. Carport and elevator are available (see apartment website).

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

A wonderful feel-good zone in the Grimminggarten apartment is the almost 16 square meter covered terrace. During the day - with the exception of approx. 2 hours during lunchtime - it provides natural shade and offers protection from wind and rain. This means you can sit outside on mild summer days even in bad weather. The terrace is equipped with a large eucalyptus solid wood table and 4 multi-position armchairs. The inclination of the armchairs can be adjusted in 4 steps so that they can also be used as deck chairs. Or you can lie down in the hammock (hat bag) and enjoy the wonderful natural arena around the Grimming while swinging.

A special attraction of the Grimminggarten apartment is - in addition to the covered terrace - the beautiful south-facing garden. Here you can sunbathe, relax and have a barbecue with a fantastic view of the Grimming. As garden equipment, you have 2 high-quality sun loungers, a large parasol and a small mobile table. Depending on the position of the sun, you can place it anywhere in the garden with one hand movement so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the afternoon. The large, full-area window front of the living room offers a breathtaking view of the Grimming at any time of the day. You can choose whether you prefer to admire this natural spectacle from the pull-out leather couch or from the relax armchair. A large Vollhollz table is available for dining and cozy get-togethers. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a 49 inch Smart TV.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, saucepans and various accessories. It has an induction stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator. An espresso maker, a French press and a milk frother are available for making coffee. Right next to the kitchen island is a display cabinet in which you will find a large selection of glasses (for juice, beer, wine, spirits, etc.).

The large double bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses for a restful sleep. In addition to the standard cushions (80 x 40 cm), large cushions (70 x 90 cm) and foam cushions are also available. There are dimmable reading lamps above the two bedside tables. These are also equipped with a USB connection for your mobile phone or tablet. On the wall side you will find a large sliding door cabinet, which offers you a lot of storage space and also has shop elements. Enjoy direct access from the bedroom to the covered terrace and the garden!

The Grimminggarten apartment has a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. The bathroom has a large mirror with LED lighting, a spacious shower cubicle, several towel rails and plenty of shelves for your toilet articles. There is also a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom. Like the entire apartment, the bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.

Next to the entrance door there is a spacious cloakroom with a hat shelf, bench and a shoe rack. The sliding door cupboard in the anteroom offers you a large mirrored area for the dressing room.
Only about 5 meters across from the house entrance is a covered carport, where your exclusive parking space is. From here you can take a barrier-free elevator to the apartment entrance door, which is one floor below. Vis-a-vis the apartment entrance door in the stairwell is a small storage area, where you can, for example, park a stroller or other small accessories. On the same level as the carport there is a lockable general storage room in the house where you can store bicycles.

My fascination for the Ausseerland began almost 20 years ago. From year to year I spent more time in this unique region - in summer as in winter. A deep connection developed with the Styrian Salzkammergut, which has meanwhile become my new home.
