All facilities of the city are within easy walking distance. To the main square you need only about 5 minutes walking time. A supermarket and various other stores are in the immediate vicinity.

To the train station it is only a few minutes and the bus stop is in front of the house. The house includes a children's playground, free parking in front of the house and of course free internet access via WLAN.
