The local and overnight tax is: €2.50 per person (15 years and older) per night and will be invoiced separately after the stay.

Note: Children up to 14.9 years are exempt from the local and overnight tax. Children over 15 years pay €2.50 per person per night. When booking, please enter the child's age in the notes field so that we can adjust the local and overnight tax in the invoice.

The house is located at the end of a dead end street, embedded in the surrounding mountains, with a view of a small lake and the nature reserve. Peace and relaxation are the top priority here. Unwind and recharge your batteries in harmony with nature.

The house has a covered carport, from there you can reach your main entrance door via a staircase on the left. You will find the key in the key box to the left of the door. The pin to open the key box will be sent to you one day before your arrival.

The ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity!In winter you should definitely carry snow chains with you!

Dogs are welcome and cost €15 per dog per night!

Julia comes from tourism and is an "old hand" in this field. She most recently worked in reservations.

Herbert is our all-rounder in the team and our superhero when it comes to craftsmanship. He works in the building materials industry.

Annette, our interior designer, skilfully combines her knowledge of design with a creative approach to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional.
