payment
The agreed rent is to be paid by bank transfer before moving into the apartment. After we have received the transfer, you will receive your personal code for the electronic access lock by email or SMS.
cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted in writing (email). There are no cancellation fees up to 20 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel 19 to 3 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost will be charged. If you cancel 2 days or more before arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
