mountain hut, mountain inn
Altaussee
No products available

The managed Schutzütte with overnight accommodation is very popular in summer and winter. From the large sun terrace you can enjoy the unique view over Altaussee and Bad Aussee to the countless mountain peaks.

Game and Styrian specialties are served from the delicatessen kitchen.

The Loser summit is reached in an hour and the circular route continues via the Hochanger, the famous Loserfenster and the Augstsee back to the hut.

The Alpine Club hut is often used as a starting point or destination for a multi-day hike into the Tote Gebirge mountains.

We are happy to provide information about a stay at the Loserhütte!
