The top floor flat offers approx. 50 m² of spacious living space with high-quality oak parquet flooring, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower and a fantastic 18 m² west-facing roof terrace. The minimalist design, LED lighting and well thought-out room solutions with a room height of 4.10 metres create an inviting atmosphere.

The holiday flat offers flexible sleeping options for up to 8 people (optimised for 6 people). Enjoy the proximity to the AirPower area and Red Bull Ring as well as restaurants and shopping facilities right on the doorstep. Free parking and good transport links round off the offer.

4 persons:
Variant 1: 4 single beds (1 x 120 x 200 cm, 2 x 90 x 200 cm each and a folding bed with 80 x 200 cm)
Variant 2: 1 double bed (210 x 200 cm) as well as 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a folding bed (80 x 200 cm)

OR 3 persons:
Variant 1: 3 single beds (1 x 120 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm each)
Variant 2: 1 double bed (210 x 200 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm)

DUPLEX bedroom:

2 - 4 persons:
Variant 1: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm each) and 1 loft bed (140 x 200 cm)
Variant 2: 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) and 1 loft bed (140 x 200 cm)

Note loft bed:
Please note that access to the loft bed is via an oak staircase (staircase width 56.5 cm, angle of inclination 62 degrees). For safety reasons, this sleeping accommodation is not suitable for children under 10 years of age, people with dizziness, limited mobility or other health restrictions. We recommend alternative sleeping arrangements in the STUDIO or DUPLEX bedroom.
