Moderately difficult cross-country ski run, classic & skating, 28.6 km in length at 1,000 to 1,195 m above sea level.
The Dachstein circuit is a challenging route for the hobby cross-country skier for a classic or skating "30s". The route leads through all districts of Ramsau and impresses with beautiful vantage points into the Dachstein massif and the Schladminger Tauern.

From the west:
Take the A10 to Knoten Ennstal - take the exit towards Graz/Schladming. Drive along the Ennstal-Bundesstraße for approx. 20 km until you reach Schladming. Take the turn-off for Ramsau. Continue to the village of Ramsau where the XC-stadium is located.
From the East/North:
Take the Pyhrnautobahn direction Liezen. Then follow the Ennstalbundesstraße to Schladming. Take the turn-off for Ramsau. Continue to the village of Ramsau where the XC-stadium is located.
The Dachstein Trail runs along the following trail junctions:
Stadium - Kreitseiler - Helpferer - Rittisberg - Walcherhof - fishpond - Helpferer - Rittisser - Moosegghäusl - Kobaldhof - Schneeberger - Stocker - Fairy Tale Meadow - Stocker - Friener - Burglehner - Deutlhauser - Deutlhauser - Alpenbad - Rupmoos - mill - Rupmoos - Billa - Waldschenke - Stadium
If you run the Burglehner or Deutlhauser loop twice, you can turn the 28.5 km into a full "30".
With the buses of the Ramsau transport company from Schladming (also from the train station) to Ramsau-Ort. Ramsauer Verkehrsbetriebe Timetable www.rvb.at
Parking available at the "Ramsau Zentrum" next to the stadium.
