From the north: Motorway Munich - Salzburg - Eben - Schladming - Liezen onto the A9 towards Graz. Exit at Lieboch and follow the B76 towards Deutschlandsberg. Just before Deutschlandsberg, leave the B76 in the direction of Frauental.

From the west: In Villach, take the A2 towards Klagenfurt. Exit at Steinberg and head towards Stainz, from there along the B76 towards Deutschlandsberg. Just before Deutschlandsberg, leave the B76 in the direction of Frauental.

From the east: A2: Vienna - Aspang - Hartberg - Fürstenfeld - Graz. From Graz continue on the A2 in the direction of Klagenfurt and take the Lieboch exit in the direction of Stainz/Deutschlandsberg/Eibiswald. Follow the B76 to Deutschlandsberg. Shortly after Deutschlandsberg, leave the B76 in the direction of Frauental.

From the south: A1 from Marburg as far as Leibnitz. Exit in Leibnitz (Gralla) and continue on the B74 towards Deutschlandsberg (Heimschuh - Gleinstätten - St.Martin - Deutschlandsberg). Pass the LKH Deutschlandsberg, at each of the four roundabouts take the second exit in the direction of Stainz-Graz. Shortly afterwards, leave the B76 in the direction of Frauental.

You start your run at the outdoor pool in Frauental. Schulgasse leads you in the direction of Frauental-Zentrum. You pass the Sorgerhof and take the road to the left. After the Leitner pastry shop, turn right to the stream. Walk along this beautiful, quiet path for 400 metres. Now a path leads you towards the railway tracks. Do not cross the tracks for the time being. Walk along the upper railway path for about 600 metres. When you reach Grazerstraße, turn right and cross the railway tracks. Follow the Freidorf Dorfring to your right. After the field, or before the forest, a path turns off to the right which you follow and takes you back over the railway tracks. Now walk for a while along a familiar route until you reach Amselweg. From now on, you are again on parts of the path that have not yet been used. Keep to the right, pass the Pizzeria Hartl and walk along the Laiendorfweg. At the fork, take Ferdinand Sorger Weg on your right and cross Grazerstraße. You are already in Badstraße and in a few steps at your starting point.
