Whether you're a beginner or advanced: practice different yoga styles in the aerial yoga sling, where you'll learn a variety of asanas for stretching and strengthening and have fun flying. Our breathtaking rooftop terrace with inspiring views and fresh mountain air is the perfect location.
PROGRAM:
- 08:30: Aerial Yoga 90 minutes - Until 12:00: The WASNERIN breakfast buffet with over 240 different regional organic products as well as all kinds of delicious hot and cold dishes- also vegan & vegetarian - 12:00 to approx. 16:00: Afternoon of relaxation at Grundlsee lake (rental swimming bag with towels, sun cream and chilled drinks provided). In case of bad weather, we will visit our partner resort Narzissen-Vital-Resort (incl. transfer & sauna entry). - 16:30: Aerial Yin Yoga 60 minutes
