The best beer has been brewed in Murau since 1495. Since 1910, the Murau brewery has been a co-operative-run company that has been producing CO2-neutral beers since 2014, making it one of the first breweries in Europe to use 100% renewable energy. Clean air, the purest water, hops and malt - these have been the ingredients for the best Murau beer for over 500 years.
