The healing power of singing in nature

Mariahof

About the offer

When we spend time in nature, we begin to hum, whistle, sing, sound, yodel, scream and cry. Our liveliness expresses itself in sound and finds a non-judgmental resonance chamber in nature. Many songs from different cultures also sing about natural landscapes, animals, weather conditions or natural elements, for example, thus demonstrating the profound effect of nature on people. We will explore this connection together through body, voice, nature and self-awareness exercises, through sound, singing and sharing experiences.

During the seminar, participants will get a feeling for the positive effects that singing and sounds have on body and soul and how easy it is to find your own vocal expression in the open countryside. Feeling the self-efficacy of this art is beneficial for people of all ages.

About the serviceprovider

At the Moarhube, the idyllic time-out and educational farm in the Murau region, you can take part in seminars, day events and training courses. These are dedicated to the outer and inner experience of nature, health and our development.

Details about the events such as content, prices, times, registration options and information about the Moarhube itself can be found at www.natursein.at.

The Moarhube is also a wonderful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Here the clocks tick slower, there are few distractions, but lots of nature and open space. A small vacation home and a camping meadow are available for your time out.

If you need personal support during this time, Claudia Gruber will be happy to help you!
