Obstland Tour, Weiz - Pischelsdorf

The view of the Kulm is always with you as you walk along the Apple Road and Roman Wine Road out to Pischelsdorf. The products of the region can be bought in the farm stores.
It is now well known that Eastern Styria is apple country. But perhaps less so that wine is also cultivated here. In fact, apples and wine thrive side by side here. Both the Apple Route and the Roman Wine Route run along the southern slopes of the Kulm, and the special climate here favors both crops. The Obstland Tour incorporates both "roads" and leads out along apple orchards and vineyards to Pischelsdorf. The church tower in Pischelsdorf is the highest in Eastern Styria, with 265 steps to the view from the top

Apart from a short connecting path from Pischelsdorf, the entire trail is asphalted and can therefore be easily ridden on trekking bikes.
