Weißenbacher Wände

The hike to the Weißenbach Walls is suitable for the whole family. The path along the stream and through the forest to the waterfall and the Weißenbach source is particularly appealing to children.
The first part is on a lonely country road to the Moser Chapel, from here turn right onto a forest road. Soon we turn onto a romantic path that takes us to the waterfall. On the way back, first on forest roads. Don't forget the detour to the original bench along the stream.

A romantic forest road leads us back to the path along the stream that takes us back to the starting point.

More information

Take the Ennstal road (B 320) or the Pyhrn motorway (A 9) to Liezen, continue to Weißenbach through the village and always north to the tennis court.
At the car park at the tennis court, we walk back to the small bridge where we turn left into the valley. Follow the road until you pass the Moserbründl. The first part is on a lonely country road to the Moser Chapel, from here turn right onto a forest road. Shortly before the road bends to the right, we turn inconspicuously onto a small path into the forest. The idyllic forest path leads us to the waterfall. On the way back, first on forest roads. Don't forget the detour to the original bench along the stream.

A romantic forest road leads us back until we turn left to the Pongratzsteigerl along the stream. Follow this forest trail along the stream to the end. At the end of the Pongratzsteigerl, we turn right and after a few metres we are in front of our starting point.

The detour through the forest along the stream to the Urprungbankerl is highly recommended!
