Above the rooftops of Graz, visitors can find culinary products and beautiful handicrafts from Styria over five weekends. At the traditional Aufsteirern Christmas market, the casemates are transformed into a large, festively decorated living room.

Up above the roofs of Graz on five weekends you’ll encounter culinary products and wonderful handicrafts from Styria. The Aufsteirern Christmas market cloaks the Schlossberg hill in contemplative cheer, well away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The Liesl bell tower is also full of gorgeous surprises, enchanting not only the children with its festive atmosphere.

The Schlossbergbahn funicular takes you directly up to the Aufsteirern Christmas world.
