On Saturday, 12 April 2025, at 18:00, the Kupferdachl restaurant in Premstätten cordially invites you to the ‘LAMB CROSSOVER’. This special event is all about lamb from the Ile de France sheep from the renowned Chianinahof farm, run by Nino Sifkovits and Cheyenne Ochsenknecht. Together with 3-toque chef Daniel Edelsbrunner, they will create an innovative 4-course menu in crossover style.
You can look forward to the following delicacies.
- Course: A warm greeting from the kitchen.
- First course: Lamb ‘sweet and sour’ refined with horseradish and Styrian seed oil - a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity.
- Second course: Lamb kebab skewer with melted cheddar and refreshing tzatziki - a touch of the Orient in Styria.
- Main course: Two kinds of lamb - roasted pink and braised - served with seasonal wild garlic and fine Jerusalem artichokes.
