Guided hike: Through the Kesselfallklamm gorge to Glett

Discover the wild and romantic Kesselfallklamm gorge: a hike to Glett full of natural wonders in the Graz region.

Experience a fantastic circular route: through the wild and romantic gorge, at the foot of the Schöckl, past Glett and Präbichl - with a cosy stop at the Sandwirt inn in the Graz region.

Meeting point: 09.15 am at the bus stop Augraben-Abzweigung Stattegg; car drivers at approx. 09.45 am at Sandwirt

Trail length: 12 km | ascent 500 hm | walking time approx. 4.00 hrs.

The end of the hike is at approx. 15.00 hrs, followed by a stop at the GH Sandwirt. You can organise your return journey flexibly.

Arrival by public transport: RegioBus 140, Graz main station - Semriach, bus stop Augraben junction Stattegg

Difficulty level: Hike without special requirements, ladders and bridges in the gorge, fitness level required for approx. 4 hours and 500 metres ascent

Equipment: good footwear (hiking boots) required, hiking clothing, rucksack, gloves & hat depending on the weather, possibly hiking poles, drink, snack, no refreshments during the hike

Costs: € 15,- pP, payable on site to the guide excl. ascent and descent with the Schöckl cable car
Service: Guided snowshoe hike with a certified mountain hiking guide

The guided hike is organised by the Graz Region Tourism Association in cooperation with the hiking guides. Please note that changes may be possible at short notice. Participation is at your own risk. For safety and organisational reasons, dogs are not permitted!
