Krampus run Eggersdorf

On 7 December, Eggersdorf in the Graz Adventure Region will be the setting for one of the most spectacular Krampus runs in Styria! For the 30th time, the traditional Krampus run with numerous guest groups from Austria and abroad, who create an unforgettable experience with their ornate masks, elaborate costumes and impressive performances. Let the sinister figures, the tinkling of the bells and the mystical atmosphere transport you into the world of Alpine customs.

There is a special programme item for our younger visitors: children under the age of 12 who have their own mask - whether made of wood or plastic - can become part of the spectacle themselves! From 19:15 to 19:30, they have the opportunity to run in their own children's race on the event site and experience the magic of this custom up close. Safety is paramount: an accompanying adult is required to take part and registration must be made in advance with the organisers.
