Celebrate spring at the Maibock tapping at Glöckl Bräu in the Graz Region – with golden beer and live music.
On April 30, 2025, from 5:00 PM, the air at Graz's Glockenspielplatz will be filled with the aroma of Styrian delights and the sound of “Irrwuzler Unplugged” as Glöckl Bräu hosts its traditional Maibock Tapping – a beloved celebration in the heart of the Graz Region.
Brewed just once a year, the Maibock is a strong, golden beer with rich malt flavor and a subtle hop note. Once reserved for nobility, today it’s a seasonal favorite for those who appreciate authentic craftsmanship.
In the sunny beer garden, right next to Graz’s historic Glockenspiel, guests can enjoy:
-
freshly tapped Maibock beer
-
traditional Styrian dishes by chefs Hannes Haderspeck & Rene Brunner
-
lively tunes from “Irrwuzler Unplugged”
-
a warm and festive atmosphere in the heart of Graz’s old town
Hosts Isabella Edler and Franz Grossauer warmly invite you to raise a glass to spring—where beer, music, and good company come together.
Venue: Glöckl Bräu, Glockenspielplatz 2–3, 8010 Graz
