Out of their passion for beekeeping, the Rosenzopf family decided to set up a show farm for bees and beekeeping. Here you can learn everything worth knowing about bees, their way of life and the path of honey from the comb to the jar. Finding the optimal conditions for our bees is our top priority. That is why we only use Carnica bees, a breed that has been native to our region for more than 1000 years. We have already received several awards for our high-quality products.
By the way, the Rosenzopf apiary is also the 2nd Schmankerlstation of the Ligister Schmankerlweg and offers expert guided tours and tastings through the apiary by appointment (minimum number of participants 10).
Taste our different varieties such as forest honey, chestnut honey and blossom honey. In our small shop we also sell propolis drops, propolis cream, lip balm, various honey wax products, as well as honey wine, which is produced in cooperation with the Buschenschank Dokter.
