The Bäuchel vlg. Finz has existed since 1857 and is located on the Kniezenberg, near Mooskirchen.

Our main focus is on the production of quality wines and distillates, with our product range extending from natural juices to 100% pumpkin seed oil. We have three different specialisations on our farm: Fruit growing, distillery and viticulture.

Fruit growing and viticulture are managed according to the guidelines of "integrated production". This means that we practise a form of cultivation that is close to nature. We use the fruit from our own cultivation to produce brandies in our own distillery and for the further processing of juices. Our grapes are vinified into typical wines from the Lipizzanerheimat, Schilcher and white wine.
