Welcome to Landhaus Seraphine - your retreat in the heart of the breathtaking Schladming-Dachstein region. On a generous 120 m², the newly renovated house offers space for up to 10 people and combines charming cosiness with modern comfort. Here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday - ideal for families, groups or friends who want to relax together.
The well thought-out room layout ensures maximum comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds and an additional bedroom with 2 single beds that can be flexibly adapted. Two bathrooms and 2 separate WCs also offer plenty of space for all guests.
In summer, the cosy garden and sunny terrace are transformed into your own personal oasis of well-being. Barbecue, relax and enjoy the fresh air - a holiday here is a pleasure. In winter, after an exciting day of skiing, you can conveniently store your ski boots in the ski boot dryer in the cellar and end the evening in the warm living room.

The location of the Landhaus is ideal: the ski bus stop and the summer hiking shuttle bus in Assach are just a 2-minute walk away. The entrance to the famous Schladminger-4-Berge ski area on the Hauser Kaibling is just a few minutes away.

From Germany via Salzburg to exit knot Ennstal / Graz on the motorway (A 10), then 18 km main road (B 320) to Aich (Exit East). From Vienna in the direction of Linz to Sattledt on the Westautobahn, then on the Pyhrn motorway to Liezen, then 45 km on the B 320 to Aich / Ennstal (Exit Aich East) From Vienna on the highway to Semmering, then the expressway and Highway to Liezen, then 45 km on the B 320 to Aich / Ennstal (Exit Aich East). Coming from Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern motorway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to the junction of Ennstal / Graz, then 18 km on the B 320 to Aich; From Graz to Liezen on the motorway, national road B 320 to Aich / Ennstal (Exit Aich East);

Exit Aich (Ost) ->follow Assacherstraße until Assachbergweg Sharp left onto Aich-Dorf approx. 350 m ->then turn right onto Assacherstraße approx. 650 m and turn left onto Assachbergweg the destination is on the right-hand side
