Top 1: 5 Persons - On the 1st floor of house Lettmayer is the apartment Top 1 located. This offer on a living space of 80 m² place for up to 5 people. The living space is divided into an anteroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with double beds, walk-in closet, Kitchen, dining room and living room with a sofa-bed for 1 person. A west facing garden is also available. From summer 2025, the flat can only be booked for a maximum of 4 people.
Top 2: 4 Persons - On the 2nd floor of house Lettmayer is the 60m² apartment located. This is split into a kitchen with dinette, 2 separate bedrooms with flatscreen, 2 bathrooms as well a spacious anteroom. Additionally the apartment offers two separate balconies, one on the south and the second on the north side. The equipment is elegantly-rustic and is distinguished mainly by comfort and coziness.

Especially families and friends appreciate those apartments for relaxed summer- or winter holidays. The car will not be needed! Because the Planet Planai Valley Station in winter and summer the perfect start for activities, the centre of Schladming with many shops, restaurants & bars, the Congress hall of Schladming, super markets, the Erlebnispool Schladming and many more possibilities are located near the house. Parking lots are available directly in front of the house.

From Vienna in direction Linz to Sattledt on the West highway, then on the Phyrn Highway to Liezen, 50 km on the state road B 320 to Schladming;
From Vienna on the highway to Semmering, then highway to Liezen,50 km state road B 320 toSchladming;
From Italy, Carinthia on the Tauern highway (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) to exit Ennstal/Graz, then 18 km state road B 320 to Schladming;
From direction Graz to Liezen on the highway, state road B 320 to Schladming;
Before the exit Schladming East you turn left into Fastenberg/Coburgstraße. Follow the Coburgstraße for about 150 meter, now you can see on the left side the house "Lettmayer 630".
