Moderately difficult but promising hike along the “Leonhardsweg” pilgrimage route to the Laserberg.
When you reach the summit you have a breathtaking view of the Salzburg Lungau towards Tamsweg. On the way there you pass the Styrian and Salzburg border.
Tip: This tour requires some fitness and endurance.

Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Keep right here and continue straight on via Teufenbach, Frojach, Murau and St. Georgen ob Murau to Stadl an der Mur.
Coming from Tamsweg, follow the road via Ramingstein and Predlitz straight on to Stadl an der Mur.
From the village square of Stadl an der Mur, follow the Mur cycle path, past the Gasthof Ortner and Goppelsbach Castle (privately owned), to Einach. There you walk along the road north through the town towards Einach-Berg. Past the armory you go over a bridge to the Einachberg. There you pass some farms and follow the markings towards Lasaberg. From Greith you hike over the Kräuteralpl to the Lasaberg.
The way back goes south via the Torkogel and Rotkopf. From there it continues over the Pichler Berg to the Einach-Pichl district and again along the Mur cycle path back to Einach and on to Stadl an der Mur.
