Step by step (Schritt & Tritt) - short variant "Wine Experience Trail"

This section of the new "Wine Experience Trail", starting in the center of Bad Loipersdorf, leads to the nearby vineyards with their wine taverns.
This circular hiking trail with panoramic highlights leads into the hilly landscape around the district of Stein and the village of Bad Loipersdorf. The Buschenschänker have - if not open anyway - set up so-called "Wein-Rast-Platzln". Three inns along the route also invite you to quench your hunger and thirst.

THERMENLANDBUS

Detailed information on how to get there can be found here.
You start in the center of Bad Loipersdorf and follow the "Flaschen" signs (along the entire route). First you walk a bit off the beaten track between the fields - the village always in sight - towards the south, where you come to the turnoff towards Stein after about 800 m at the level of the gas station. Here use the sidewalk to Stein. After the Rehgraben chapel turn left into Rehgrabenstraße, after 30 m turn right again into the forest. At the end of this road turn right and after about 50 m at the small bridge turn left onto the sidewalk. At the inn, turn right in the direction of Stein. Stay on the right in the center, from here follow the course of the road (approx. 200 m somewhat steep road). Once you reach the top, continue straight on and after about 500 m stay to the right in the direction of Buschenschank Sammer. If not open, there is a wine-rest-place here (self-service).  After about 500 m, turn left onto a gravel road and you will come to a municipal road again. Here you turn right and after about 1 km you come to the Buschenschank Papst, another possibility for a stop. Here, too, there is a wine resting place should the Buschenschank not (yet) open. Continue along the road and at the next fork you can choose the further course. If you are on the road with a bike or stroller, you stay on the road - the hikers take a short but beautiful detour back to the village of Bad Loipersdorf and pass a viewing platform on the way.

This trail is also suitable for cyclists and is suitable for families and baby carriages; the first 4 km (up to the Stein sports field) are also barrier-free.
