More information

From Vienna via the A2 Südautobahn highway and the S6 Semmering expressway to the Krieglach/Alpl exit. From there in the direction of Birkfeld on the B72.

From Graz via the Weizer-Bundesstraße B72 in the direction of Ratten, located directly on the B 72.

From Linz/Salzburg/Munich via the Pyhrnautobahn A9 and the Semmering expressway S6 to the Krieglach/Alpl exit. Continue as above.

  • We start at the Gasthof Radlstation Mosbacher
  • From there we walk along path no. 25 in the direction of Falkenstein
  • Along the Sulzbach we go slightly uphill to the crossing Sulzer
  • From there we follow the path no. 24 to the next crossroads.
  • There we turn right onto path no. 21
  • After about 1 km this road joins path no. 20.
  • Now we have arrived in Falkenstein
  • On the hiking trail no. 23 we come back to the bicycle trail R8
  • From the cycle path R8 we come back to the Mosbacher inn.

We recommend to stop by at Inn Mosbacher.
