On April 5, 2025, the popular Radio Steiermark run in Bad Waltersdorf, presented by the Heiltherme, will take place for the 20th time. From the Kids Run and Nordic Walking to the half marathon, there is something for everyone.
Radio Steiermark Run Bad Waltersdorf 2025
On April 5, 2025, the popular Radio Steiermark Run Bad Waltersdorf presented by the Heiltherme will take place for the 20th time.
From the Kids Run, Nordic Walking to the Half Marathon, there is something for everyone.
The running course is a flat circular route with start and finish in the town center. Participants can choose between 4.2 km, 8.4 km, 12.6 km, and 21.1 km in the events.
For Nordic Walkers, there is a separate course with a distance of 6.5 km. The children run 200 m, 800 m, up to approx. 1.6 km. The course is AIMS measured and internationally recognized.
The events are framed by the running festival in the village square.

- 11:30 AM: Bambini Sprint 200 m
- 11:40 AM: H2O KidsRun 800 m
- 11:50 AM: H2O KidsRun 1,600 m
- 12:15 PM: Children's awards ceremony – Town center
- 1:00 PM: Heiltherme Run 4.2 km, 8.4 km or 12.6 km & Nordic Walking as well as smoveyWALK
- 1:00 PM: Half Marathon 21.1 km
- 3:30 PM: Closure of timing!

Friday, April 3, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cultural Center Bad Waltersdorf
Saturday, April 4, 2025 from 9:30 AM until one hour before the respective start (maximum until 12 PM) at the Cultural Center Bad Waltersdorf
Late registration: possible on-site at the race number distribution
