In 2025, Dietrich Kittner, who passed away in 2013, would have turned 90 years old. He was considered by many to be the sharpest, wittiest, and most uncompromising cabaret artist in the German-speaking world. Based in Hanover, the Kittners moved to a farm in the village of Dedenitz (Bad Radkersburg) in the 1990s. For the film, scenes from his shows were selected that not only demonstrate Kittner's brilliance but also show how little has changed in the political landscape since then.
