Our wine castle kitchen will serve a special 10-course menu. Dining takes place in a special setting high above the vineyards, in our pavilion.
We start with an aperitif and finger food in a beautiful setting above the vineyards. While winemaker Katharina and winemaker Karl G. together with old winemaker Koarl give insights into the last decades of Cabernet Sauvignon, our culinary team will spoil you at the highest level. The kitchen team led by Werner Gschiel, Johannes Neumann and Michaela Thaller have once again given free rein to their creativity and will make every culinary heart beat faster with their dishes!
