Located on the Jammberg in St. Anna am Aigen, the Pranger family grows vegetables in all shapes and colors on their organic farm. Pickled specialties and a vegetable delivery service - in the form of the organic box - are also offered.
The Pranger family does not use synthetic chemical fertilizers. In the foil houses mainly cocktail tomatoes, tomatoes, pepperoni, Vogerlsalat, Krauthäuptel, kohlrabi, vegetable rarities, peppers and cucumbers are grown. Cabbage, zucchini, beet, radish, leek, fennel and onion grow outdoors.
Apart from vegetables in all colors, shapes and varieties, the Prangers also offer jarred vegetable treasures at their organic farm.
During a guided tour of the farm, you can learn everything about the farm, plants, soil, culture, cultivation, crop rotation, cultivation methods, soil life, nature and organic farming.
