Dominik Fitz was head pastry chef at the gourmet temple Ikarus in Salzburg's "Hangar-7" of Red Bull founder Dietrich Mateschitz. After returning to his homeland, the artist among confectioners took over his parents' business in Feldbach.
Family-owned for over 115 years, Dominik and his Melanie are now carrying on this tradition in the fifth generation.
