Here in Styria, more precisely in southeastern Styria in Straden, there are colorful vegetables all year round! The Schillinger's in Waasen refine their own treasures directly on the farm.
Special: not to forget the home-made mustard specialties from sowing to bottling. They are produced with passion. The very special thing about Schillinger mustard is that it is not ground, but only chopped. Therefore, it has a much coarser consistency than the conventional industrial mustard. The mustard is refined with regional products, such as wild garlic, Isabella wine, honey or pepperoni.
