In our fast-moving times, an enjoyable meal is often neglected. In order to be able to give you this pleasure, we work predominantly with regional, seasonal and high-quality products from our region. High quality and freshness are very important to us. For this reason, in addition to the classic Styrian dishes, you can enjoy dishes that correspond to the seasons.
The stag
That's me, Fabian Palz, cook with passion and hunter with conviction. This passion, I could live in the Romantik Hotel in the Park in Bad Radkersburg, where I completed my training as a chef. It is important to me to be able to offer traditional Styrian inn cuisine and to refine it through my acquired knowledge as a sous chef for many years.
