Fine brandies, unusual liqueurs, craft beers, honeys and fruity treats from organic farming!
Where decades ago pigs were in charge and later apples, elderberries and currants were planted (organically produced since 2016), today there are also fine brandies some, unusual liqueurs, Craft beers TERRA CERVISIAE SCHÜTZING, honeys and some fruity gimmicks in a glass.
The production of high-quality noble brandies began in 1995. 26 varieties of fruit for our brandies grow on an area of around 10 hectares around the house. The quality production has already been honored with several awards from the state brandy award.
Beer has also been brewed on the farm since 2019. Since then, the CRAFT beer scene in the region has been enriched by several interesting beers. The fact that the farm's own products such as currants, elderflowers and wild hops are also used has secured junior boss Stefan a place among the finalists for the VIFZACKs (innovation award from the Chamber of Agriculture).
In July 2022, our company was awarded the "Steirisches Vulkanland" brand license. Shortly afterwards, we were accepted into the Route66 circle.
What is important to us: We are grateful for every drop of brandy or beer, every spoonful of honey and all other products. The richness and diversity of our fruits are a gift from our beautiful country. We want to pass on this joy about our products, our love of working in nature and our gratitude for our wealth to you, our customers, in the form of high product quality.
