WE, Manuela & Matthias BATRUEL may welcome you in our STEAK HÜTTE.
We have been in the restaurant business for about 20 years and have learned the trade from scratch. Manuela as a restaurant specialist and Matthias the cook. Matthias was allowed to learn many things in his restaurant before his apprenticeship from his father, himself a chef.
Due to his passion for cooking, "BATRUEL'S GENUSSREICH" was created in 2015, because nothing gave Matthias more pleasure than to share this passion with others in one of his cooking classes (unfortunately none available at the moment), or as a rental chef. Then in 2016 came our STEAK HÜTTE, where we are now together for them!
