Excellent Buschenschank in Gnas
The Huber family's wine farm is located in Pernreith near Gnas. Around the excellent Buschenschank thrive the vines, which are ideally tasted in combination with a g'schmackigen Jause. The varieties range from the light, fresh and fruity Welschriesling to the mature Blauer Zweigelt. Particular emphasis is placed on natural vineyard management and hand harvesting.
In the Buschenschank, snack creations from the Vulkanland pig, goat cheese from the milkmaid Sonja Trummer from Sankt Anna am Aigen and seasonal salad variations are offered. In addition, there is also everything around the power berry Aronia: direct juice, apple-aronia juice, fruit spreads, chutney, and Aroniapulver.
Around the Buschenschank the vineyards extend and invite you to relax. In summer, the covered terrace invites you to enjoy hours, in the winter months you make yourself comfortable in the Buschenschank.
