The combination of running in a beautiful environment and relaxation in one of the most beautiful thermal spas in the country offers this running route. In conjunction with the rustic refreshment options in the cozy Buschenschenken an absolute must for every running enthusiast.

After the restaurant "Dietzen" left away on a road, which leads to the Murdamm - along the gravel road of the Murdamm until you get back to the asphalt road - right away and again via Liebmannsee back to the Parktherme Bad Radkersburg. Half of the route is completely identical to the Parktherme Desert Run. This route is especially suitable for athletic training, but also for partners who like to run a distance together, but then leave the "hot desert" to him or her? (Total length: 20.0 km)

Author’s recommendation
The route from Dietzen turns into a "southern Styrian Kukuru desert" in the summer months - no wind between the fields, dusty Kukuru air and blazing temperatures on the roads force every runner to go to their limit. Due to the flat route ideal for cyclists as running companions.

along the path between the spa center and the Romantik Hotel im Park - turn left and follow the sidewalk in the direction of the traffic circle - cross the traffic circle and continue until you reach the Hotel Radkersburger Hof - turn right there and continue along the Thermenstraße until you reach the yellow ÖAMTC house - turn left there and follow the Murradweg R2 - turn off the asphalt road onto a short gravelled section of path
