Between Kapfenstein and Fehring lies Mahrensdorf and the farm of family Reicher. They are known far beyond the bad gleichenberg region with their strawberries and asparagus.
The Reicher family has been running their farm for several years. They are located in Mahrensdorf, between Fehring and Kapfenstein and are thus very easy to reach. A careful use of resources is very close to their hearts.
The name Reicher stands for the best taste and highest product quality from southeast Styria. Strawberries are cultivated as the first special crop on the farm since 1975. Since 1990 there is also asparagus: The royal vegetable was little known in our region. But that is a thing of the past. Responsible farming means working the soil with care, tending the crops.
