Bad MitterndorfThe main focus of the farm is cow's milk production and the marketing of young cattle. The goat milk is processed into products that can be purchased in the farm store.
In our farm store you will find unripened soft goat cheese made from raw milk with a fat content of at least 3.5%, which is only salted and of course without preservatives. The goat cheese is cut into cubes and pickled in olive-safflower oil mixture with herbs. It is mild in taste (goat). The "Ziegenmax" is used as an excellent alternative for rolls and various salads.
