Roland Schupfer has worked in many fine establishments, such as Schlosshotel Pichlarn, Zürserhof, Schloss Halbturn, Lisl Wagner-Bacher (three toques, two Michelin stars), Switzerland, Mallorca and most recently in the restaurant "Magazin", where he won two toques and one Michelin star.
In addition, the innkeeper took part in the competition of the "Junge Wilden" and reached, among 1072 other applicants from all over Europe, the second place.
