In various workshops and guided tours you will get insights and knowledge about the forest, garden and organic specialties that are grown and processed directly on the farm.
At our Ellersbacher permaculture farm in Stanz im Mürztal, we will show you what the terms organic and sustainability really mean in connection with agriculture: Our family business has been using organic farming since 1993. We have organic young beef and organic lamb from the Carniolan sheep in our direct marketing Styria Beef.

Summer tip after an eventful day:
After an eventful day at the Ellersbacherhof, you can take a dip in the cool water at the natural bathing pond in Stanz, and as a culinary conclusion, you can then take the whole family to the Wirtshaus zum Webergut.
