Two generations live and work hand in hand on the Grasser family farm. Everyone lives for the farm and stands together for it! Sigrid and Hannes Grasser are at the forefront. Supported by their two sons Michael and Lukas. And of course not to forget Julia - she is the partner of the eldest son Michael.
The farm currently consists of 139 dairy cows and 20 offspring. On the farm, the animals are kept stress-free and can move around the barn without restrictions. They have plenty of fresh air and a very soft floor at their disposal. The fresh whole milk is gently pasteurised with a natural fat content of at least 3.6 %. The Grasser family also produces sweet cream butter. This is characterised above all by its spreadability and good taste. The creamy edible curd is made from pasteurised milk with a fat content of at least 20 %, and is very creamy and mild in terms of acidity. Spreads and desserts are excellent with it!
